Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your purchase date. The 7-day period begins on the day of purchase and ends at 11:59 PM UTC on the 7th day.

How to Request a Refund

• Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
• Your full name
• Email address used for purchase
• Date of purchase
• Order/transaction ID (if available)
• Reason for refund (optional)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, our team will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, but usually takes 5-10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

Exceptions

While we strive to make our refund process as seamless as possible, there are a few exceptions to our refund policy:

• Refund requests made after the 7-day period has expired
• Cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
• Purchases made through third-party resellers or platforms (in these cases, you must request a refund through the platform where you made the purchase)

Usage of OpenAI API Costs

Please note that any costs incurred through your OpenAI API usage while using SmartAds are charged directly by OpenAI and are not covered by our refund policy. These charges are between you and OpenAI, and we cannot issue refunds for them.
